Sarah’s 5 Daily Affirmations
So each morning I wake up to daily affirmations that are set into my phone. I have 5 that really do bring me back to the mindset I want to have. Some days are truly harder than others. Somedays I don’t even want to read them, but I force myself to because my goal is to show up and be more aligned with who I am than the day before.
The first one I picked up when I was researching and reading the teachings of Wayne Dyer.
I come from greatness. I attract greatness. I am greatness!
This one reminds me of my divine creation. I was born with an intended purpose…To live my life fully and in authentic alignment to what my creator designed for me. If I live in that alignment, my frequency will attract likeness. Incredible, right?!
2. One of my favorite books is called The Four Agreements.
Be impeccable with your word. Don’t make assumptions. Don’t take things personally. Do your best.
These simple affirmations, or “agreements” truly embody what it takes to lead a happy life. It removes the main sources of toxicity and negativity that often arise. Don Ruiz is an incredible teacher and I truly love showing up each day doing my best to live by these words.
3. The next is an affirmation that is a call to action. I simply ask the universe to show me how amazing my life can me. It’s a simple request that I love to say each day. It’s just a reminder there is a higher order that is meant for me if I choose to listen.
Universe, show me how good it can get.
4. This is from one of my favorite books The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks.
I expand in abundance, success, and love everyday, as I inspire those around me to do the same.
This one really gets me in the mindset that I need to focus on to show up in so many areas of my life.
5. This last affirmation is a mixture of things that I wanted to hear for myself. I needed them to be verbalized everyday. I wanted to remove the limiting beliefs and blocks that tend to show up repeatedly in my life.
I have no upper limit. I am worth it. I deserve love, health, wealth and happiness.
Every time I read these words, my mind breaks from the patterns that often times hold me back. I love the reminders each day to show up for myself. I hope that you take one of these and create a new pattern of repeating them to yourself daily and living your most authentic life.
If nothing else, if words that you’ve read speak to you, set them as reminders that pop up daily on your phone! That way they stay fresh in your mind because, let’s be honest, life can get pretty busy and it never hurts to have that gentle reminder of how to show up for yourself!
